Last week, we discussed our approach to the fundamental management of the Fund. This week, we received several queries from our partners regarding our portfolio positioning and whether we plan to make any changes in response to the current market volatility. We believe this is an opportune moment to address these concerns.

Despite the market’s fluctuations, we want to emphasize that the fundamentals of our portfolio remain robust. The recent corrections are largely reactions to external news and noise, rather than any significant impact on the underlying businesses we invest in. Our portfolio’s earnings have been strong across all sectors we focus on, as evidenced by the attached snapshot of sector-wise earnings and growth. With portfolio growth at 14% and margins at 29%, the quality of the businesses within our portfolio is clear. Given that the fundamentals of our portfolio are sound, we are not making any changes to our sector positioning.

We are confident that the returns will align with the sustained growth of the companies we invest in. Our focus remains on long-term value creation, and we believe that staying the course and adding more in dips is the best approach in the current environment.
