Series 116 – ITUS and AI- Simplifying Client Information Handling

Last week, we focused on the core sectors and portfolio fundamentals that showcased its resilience and health. Building on that foundation, this week Samundeeswari from our team has brought spotlight on our operational improvement and excellence—specifically, how ITUS has enhanced internal processes with the help of AI tools.

A major advancement is the automation of client funding updates. Previously, this task required manual entry by the team, which was time-consuming . Now, AI automatically captures and updates client details, ensuring accuracy while saving valuable time. We’ve also streamlined document access. Earlier, client-related files were stored in shared folders that were slow to retrieve and difficult to manage. Today, documents such as Client Master Document , PMS agreements, and bank proofs are all housed in a centralized system—ensuring fast, secure access even during shared drive slow down. Another important upgrade is in audit preparation. Previously, the team manually collected and verified client data for annual reports. With AI now consolidating and checking data automatically, reports are generated quickly and accurately and shared with the clients on time.

These improvements using AI help ITUS operate more efficiently, the team now spends more time on planning and strategy than on manual tasks. By using AI tools, ITUS has improved its process and is ready to grow further with more smart solutions.
