Series 97 – Strategic Adjustments for growth in 2025

Throughout the volatility period from October to January, we have been diligently managing our portfolio allocations. Today, we want to highlight the significant shifts we have made at the portfolio level to position ourselves for growth in 2025.

Over the past four weeks, we have made the following adjustments to our portfolio allocation:

1. Lending Financials: Increased exposure from 4.5% to 15%.
2. Pharma and Healthcare: Maintained at 19%.
3. Consumer Staples: Currently at 9.5%, with key holdings in ITC, Marico, and Gillette.
4. Consumer Discretionary: Exposure at 13.5%.
5. Portfolio Concentration: Increased, reducing the tail of the portfolio- today considering narrow based earnings visible in the market we are placed between 28-30 companies in the portfolio

We believe that fundamentally, our portfolio companies have demonstrated consistent earnings growth and margin expansion. As a result, we anticipate that returns will catch up over the coming quarters. We are also identifying strong opportunities within our portfolio companies and believe that aggressively adding capital during these times will provide a significant boost to our IRR.

These changes reflect our adaptation in response to market conditions and positioning ourselves for growth in 2025.
