20 years back, learning and access to information was a big edge without access to the Internet. One had to have a curious mindset and a desire to learn as information was not democratized. Today, we have another set of issues – too much information. In the world we live in, anything we want to learn is a click away – so you must assume that knowledge and access are democratized and no longer on the edge. True, in a sense, however, in a world of clicks, doing the work has become the hard part. One needs to create barriers to ensure they get bored and put in the work as we live in a world of distractions.
