Series 26 – Investor On-boarding and Communication Process

Last week we shined a spotlight on our partner communications with an assurance of timely updates from us on a regular basis. In continuation with our Getting to Know ITUS Series, our focus this week is to provide more comprehensive insights into how we engage with our clients during on-boarding
Provided below are a range of communication methods that investors can expect to experience throughout our onboarding process:-
Upon initiating the account activation, our relationship team will promptly send out a Welcome Email. This email will contain the account opening confirmation, along with attachments of the Client Master List and specific account details. These details will facilitate the seamless transfer of initial funds to the designated account.
Upon the receipt of the entire funding, the funds will be reported to our fund accounting to activate the PMS. Subsequently, an Acknowledgment Email will be shared to our clients, confirming the successful receipt of the funds.
On the subsequent day, a fresh User ID and Password will be generated for the online portal. The investor will then receive the Login access credentials, allowing them to log in and utilize the portal’s features.
Additionally, we will provide you with a copy of the signed PMS agreement, accompanied by a welcoming message from our fund manager, Mr. Naveen Chandramohan.
As an integral part of our client onboarding process, we engage in a Client Onboarding Call. During this call, we detail them in-depth our operational process, framework, and underlying philosophy.
Following the onboarding session, we will furnish a Investor Handbook. This comprehensive guide offers a detailed overview of our fund philosophy and investment process.
At different junctures when clients add funds into the portfolio periodically, we send an acknowledgement email confirming the receipt of the funds.
